2001 Checkmate 27' speed boat. Boat has been used in freshwater only and has 135 hours on it. Factory 454 C.I. motor rated at 385 H.P. with aftermarket Vortec inter-cooled supercharger installed at 50 hours. Top speed via hand held GPS is around 80 mph. Custom lasered four blade SS prop and factory trim tabs. Boat includes captain's call exhaust, which routes the exhaust either underwater for a quiet escape or through the hull to let people know what you are up to. Boat includes factory porta-potty, which hasn't been used, and cabin can sleep two. Includes factory cockpit cover and custom made mooring cover that covers the entire topside of boat. Includes 2003 Venture two axle trailer. The boat is mild mannered at cruising speed, but responds instantly and surprises a lot of people when you put the hammer down. Boat has been meticulously maintained and unfortunately has been sitting in the heated garage for the past two years rather then having fun in the water.
