Hi,

My name's Iain, I'm 23 and a PhD student (Chemistry) from Glasgow, Scotland. I'll be staying in Montreal from 14th August until 14th of December.

I've never been to Montreal before, and need somewhere to live. I need somewhere that's furnished, preferably within walking distance of UdeM, and with high speed internet access.

I'm friendly and easy going, I love socialising and nightlife. I love talking to people and making new friends. I enjoy literature, cinema, comedy, ice hockey, playing squash, good food, beers wines and spirits, and having new experiences.
I'd like to live with good-humoured people who enjoy socialising and going out at night as much as they do relaxing with friends, who won't get mad at me if I'm out at night and come back late, and who'll be willing to go see the Canadiens with me. I am respectful of other peoples space and property, and though I enjoy pubs, nightclubs and parties in town, I don't bring them home with me and I don't throw parties myself.
I'd like to see as much of Montreal as I can whilst I'm there, and I'm desparate to try snowboarding.

I'm open minded about who I'll live with and pets aren't a problem. I speak only a little French, but I'm trying to improve.
