Simply press the metal clicker inside either gel pack to trigger a chemical reaction, causing the gooey contents to rapidly crystallise and release heat.
They're ideal for keeping hands warm and can last for hours when placed in an insulated space, such as a pocket or glove.
Once cooled the reaction is simple to reset allowing each pouch to be activated again and again.
