Small private company in health/financial sector accessing and managing disability benefits for clientele across Canada, seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team for a 1 year maternity leave contract with the potential for future permanent employment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Data entry
- Phone reception duties
- Accurately preparing and maintaining client documents and records
- Providing information to prospective clients
- Interfacing with existing clients as required
- Assisting senior staff in any related tasks


REQUIREMENTS

- Bilingual (oral, written)
- Proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook


QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Independent worker
- Ability to multi-task
- Aptitude for numbers
- Strong attention to detail


SALARY
