a 2-bedroom apartment fully furnished and equipped. The apartment is specious and has a nice living room with 50 inch smart TV, big an fully equipped kitchen, a storage space ( for additional fee). The rented room is fully furnished, it has a bed , a desk with a chair, a dresser and a big closet. It is sunny too. The apartment is downtown close to many grocery stores( PA, IGA, Adonis...etc), close to Concordia, LaSalle and McGill, close to 2 metro stations ( Concordia, Atwater) and many bus lines. The apartment is also close to Alexis Nihon.
You are going to live with me, I am a clean, calm person; I like to cook, share food with people, socialize as well as I like my personal space.
I would like to rent the place for 3, 4,5 or 6 months starting February or March. I have 2 cute cats, so you should be cat friendly.
I am open to share my apartment with any person who is clean and respectful.
I am currently abroad, I am providing my fiancé number for faster communication.
