The spacious 5-1/2 apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) of the building, which is pet-friendly and a non-smoking unit. Insulated walls and floors means roommate noise is at a minimum and you cannot hear your neighbors.
Street parking available for free, and the building has storage available for an extra fee if you can't leave it in the apartment.
We are looking for people to sublet two rooms from us, or potentially to take over the lease, approved by the landlord. A credit check and documentation will be required by the landlord if you choose to take over the lease. There is also the possibility to buy furniture from people leaving. Please contact us for a visit or walkthrough, and we will be able to accomdate your visit and show you the unit in person.
Bonus, the rooms in the apartment are already available for moving in and anyone subletting or taking over the lease would not need to pay anything for the remaining month of August.
