Chambre à louer pour un garçon calme.
Je cherche à louer une chambre pour un garçon calme, merci de bien lire l’annonce et de répondre aux questions posées à la fin !
Je loue une chambre près du métro Saint-Michel, proche de tous les magasins, bibliothèque, restaurants, transports en communs, (il y a deux personnes moi et vous).
Le prix de la chambre est de 650 $ sans l’hydro + (le chauffage, il y un supplément d’environ 40 $ à 70$ par mois selon votre consommation électrique car le chauffage marche avec l’électricité)
Je cherche un homme calme, qui ne fait pas de bruit, non-fumeur ! respectueux.
Pas de fêtes à la maison, pas d’invités à la maison.
Il n’y pas de salon, juste la cuisine, la salle de bain et la chambre à louer et ma propre chambre.
Merci de vous présenter, votre âge, votre origine pays, votre occupation, style de vie, si vous êtes de passage au Canada quel est votre statut (touriste, résidant, étudiant …), je cherche des personnes qui sont déjà au Québec pas qui vont arriver, et pas d’intermédiaire.

I rent a room near the Saint-Michel metro, so it’s close to all the shops, library, restaurants, public transport, (there are two people me and you).
The price of the room is 650 $ without hydro + (heating, there is an additional charge of about $40 at $70 per month depending on your electricity consummation because the heating works with electricity)
I am looking for a calm man, who makes no noise, non-smoking! respectful.
No parties at home, no guests at home.
There is no living room, just the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom rented and my own room.
