Bonjour a toi qui cherche une chambre en colocation.
Moi (Yannick, Artiste), le chien (Luna, Chihuahua) et mon coloc (Mustafa, Etudiant temps plein) sommes a la recherche de quelquun pour combler la 3e chambre qui est vacantes dans notre grand appartement depuis Janvier.
Nous sommes presentement 2 a occuper le lieux. Cest un 5 et demi au premier etage dune maison donc il y a 3 chambres au total(1 a louer).
La maison est non-fumeur a linterieur mais aucun probleme sur les balcon (420).
Animal friendly si ton animal ne mage pas le mmien...
La chambre qui est a louer est dune bonne grandeur 11.4x10.8 avec 1 garde robe ouvert et un 2e espace de rangement.
Pour les etudiants ou les gens qui travaille de la maisons, un bureau de travail peu etre installer bientot dans le grand salon.
Le salon, la cuisine, les balcons, la cour et la salle de bain sont des aires commune.
Le montand de la chambre est de 700$ par mois et inclus tout (electricite, chauffage, internet haute vitesse 120mbps, Netflix).
