Il se trouve au 3ᵉ étage, très ensoleillé, composé d'un salon et de deux chambres, tous exposés sud.
Le salon a un balcon d'où on peut voir la colline du Parc du Mont Royal et le sommet des tours du centre-ville.
Il y a un canapé-lit FRIHETEN dans le salon, un lit BRIMNES convertible en deux places dans la chambre à coucher, et enfin deux sommiers pliables d'appoint sur lesquels peuvent être posés deux matelas ÅSVANG dans la deuxième chambre.
En plus des équipements de base, vous trouverez entre choses dans l'appartement :
- un écran de télévision
- un robot multifonction
- un vidéoprojecteur
- un vélo homme et un vélo femme
- un tapis de course
- un petit lave-linge portatif (il y a un lave-linge standard et sèche-linge dans l'immeuble pour 2$)
Vous trouverez également une table de travail et une chaise de travail dans chacune des deux chambres ainsi qu'une belle table qui peut doubler de taille dans le salon. Une table et deux chaises seront par ailleurs installées sur le balcon.
Cette location s'adresse à des personnes discrètes et respectueuses du voisinage. Les fêtes brillantes ne sont pas autorisées par respect pour les voisins.
Il n'est permis de fumer que sur le balcon.
L'électricité devra être payée en plus en fonction de votre consommation chaque mois, sachant que les chauffages sont électriques.

It is located on the 3rd floor, is very sunny, and consists of a living room and two bedrooms, all facing south.
The living room has a balcony from which you can see Mount Royal Park and the tops of the downtown towers.
There is a FRIHETEN sofa bed in the living room, a BRIMNES double sofa bed in the bedroom, and two foldable extra beds on which two ÅSVANG mattresses can be placed, in the second bedroom.
In addition to the basic amenities, you will find the following items in the flat:
- a television screen
- a multifunction food processor
- a video projector
- a men's bicycle and a women's bicycle
- a treadmill
- a small portable washing machine (there is a standard washing machine and dryer in the building for $2)
You will also find a desk and chair in each of the two bedrooms, as well as a beautiful table that can double in size in the living room. A table and two chairs will also be set up on the balcony.
This rental is intended for discreet individuals who respect the neighbourhood. Loud parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighbours.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Electricity will be charged separately based on your monthly consumption (bearing in mind that the heaters are electric)
The internet works well throughout the flat.
