Hi! I am subleasing my studio apartment in downtown Montreal this summer - female student preferred (May 1st - August 26th).
This apartment, located on the 9th floor, comes with a gorgeous view of the Montreal skyline and private deck. It also comes fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, dresser, and *potentially kitchen utensils).
The studio is a 10 minute walk from McGill University, making it perfect for students in the summer. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Place-des-Arts metro station as well as being perfectly located for shopping and eating (beside st. laurent street and right off of sherbrooke st w).
The rent is $1240/month, which includes personal wifi, and all utilities. There will be a required *refundable* damage deposit to ensure all personal items in the apartment remain undamaged. This deposit ($700) will be returned upon the completion of the contract (August).
