I have a small but lovely one-bedroom (3.5) apartment in Villeray in a triplex, close to Jarry Metro. It’s perfect for just one person who might be looking for a quiet place to work remotely while enjoying the neighbourhood. Rent will be $1200/month and this includes internet and electricity. The place is furnished, with all appliances (including washer/dryer). There is no AC.
Preference for a quiet, responsible, single working professional or student.

Je recherche quelqu'un qui serait intéressé à sous-louer mon logement à partir du 1er jan environ jusqu’à début au mai. Dates précises à déterminer.
J'ai un petit mais joli appartement d'une chambre (3,5) à Villeray dans un triplex, à proximité du métro Jarry. C’est parfait pour une seule personne qui recherche un endroit tranquille pour télétravail tout en profitant du quartier. Le loyer sera de 1200$/mois et cela inclut Internet et l'électricité. L'endroit est meublé, avec tous les électroménagers (incluant laveuse/sécheuse). Il n'y a pas d’AC.
Préférence pour un professionnel ou un étudiant calme, responsable et célibataire.
