Researchers at McGill University are looking for volunteer adults aged 65 years or older to participate in a study aimed at investigating accessible technologies that supports individual and collaborative learning and use of personal wearables for health information sharing.
Basic experience with technology, such as smartphones is required. Experience with personal wearables, such as a Fitbit, Apple Watch, or Samsung Galaxy Watch is not necessary. We want to hear from people who have never used a personal wearable, or those who have tried but found it wasn’t for them.
Participation involves completing a 10-15 min online questionnaire to learn about your general experiences with using and learning how to use personal wearables. Each participant will have the option to be entered into a draw to win 1 of 4 gift cards from Amazon valued at $25 each.
